Breathwork

Breathwork: October 23, 2020 – 10:30 am

This breath at its’ most basic level, is a strong ally to your asana during your yoga practice. However, when you begin to explore all the facets of the Timeless Breath, it can be a powerful meditation and breathwork practice that builds energy and vitality, produces a sense of calm, and ends negative stress, mind chatter and anxiety.

This class is not as extensive as the full workshop. However, we will focus on the full expression of the breathwork. We will explore methods applied when using this breath in more detail and deepen your understanding of the nuances and how they positively impact your body, mind, emotions and overall well being.
