Freestyle Slow Flow

Freestyle Slow Flow is a faster pace than the foundation practice 1. Included in this practice are periods of full vinyasa (constant motion) and longer hold times in select asanas (yoga postures). This class is a creative class as it is geared toward the students in attendance that day and is different each time. You as the practitioner may also get creative modifying as needed to work around limitations, or to simply move into each asana in way that feels best for you while in this practice. You may also bring props and utilized them as you wish. This practice will help you become stronger, learn greater breath control, and focus.

Suitable for beginners and advanced alike. Beginners should either have already taken our New Student Orientation or have some yoga training or have a high enough level of fitness that following along without any prior knowledge will not be a problem.
