Our program is rooted in the science of yoga for Health, Longevity and Total Wellbeing. While paying close attention to the latest scientific discoveries, we pass on the thread of truth that is interwoven in the teaching of all the ancient disciplines. Our classic yoga program does not originate from the creativity of one living teacher, but from knowledge handed down from ancient times from one teacher to another. We focus on the four pillars of a classical yoga practice which are, Asana (the yoga postures), Breathwork, Meditation and Bandha. Mindfulness, which is a popular term today for meditation practices is part of the program.
